This report reiterates our desire to make the University a place where knowledge, experience and debate foster a collective and inclusive approach. Without a vibrant and participatory democracy, sustainable transition is not possible. In the face of uncertainty, we want to strengthen our ability to think together, to experiment and to ensure that the transition does not leave the most vulnerable behind. May the many initiatives presented here inspire our community and its partners to build a future which is united, desirable and sustainable. This requires "critical thinking, boldness and resilience", qualities that universities must embody in order to fully play their role as a compass and laboratory for the changes that are needed.
