Digital responsibility
The social responsibility of our Institution leads us to question our uses and behaviors, including in the digital domain.
The institution has therefore committed to taking responsibility for its own footprint by signing the Responsible Digital Charter in 2022, and to carrying out in-depth work to optimize ULiège's digital maturity by proposing high-performance tools that are effective over the long term, usable and with the minimum possible footprint.
To this end, under the impetus of Pr Félix Scholtes, Conseiller de la Rectrice à la Sobriété Numérique, our University has just joined ISIT - Institut Belge du Numérique Responsable, whose experience and resources will be put to good use in support of our Responsible Digital Working Group.
In addition to our institutional work, we've already suggested some initial energy-saving measures. They are generally very easy to implement in a professional context, and can be reproduced in our daily lives.
The Responsible Digital Working Group, in its reflection on the measures to be implemented from 2023, is listening to your remarks and suggestions.
