In 2023, the Green Office organized the Concours Boulet Durable, inviting all ULiège members to submit a sustainable recipe for the famous boulet à la liégeoise. Relive the final here!

This year, as part of the Nourrir les Campus Festival, we're inviting you to taste the winning recipe at the university restaurant! This Thursday, April 18, the boulet-frites usually served in the canteen will be replaced by the sustainable boulet.
