As a multi-site teaching center, the Université de Liège generates a lot of travel to and from its 4 campuses (Liège centre-ville, Liège Sart Tilman, Gembloux and Arlon) every day. To encourage sustainable mobility, the University of Liège has been contributing for several years to the development and support of alternatives to car use by members of its community.
To achieve this objective, ULiège is developing actions and projects as part of an ambitious, intermodal mobility policy to develop the use of active modes, public transport and shared mobility.
Whether it's the development of safe and comfortable paths for active modes of transport, the renovation or creation of showers and secure parking facilities for people who reach camps by bike or micromobility device, the provision of a bike workshop on the Sart Tilman campus, the coverage of the TEC season ticket for staff, the creation ofa car-sharing application.. uLiège is investing to develop more sustainable mobility within the university community.
As the daily mobility of ULiège members does not stop at the boundary of our campuses, we actively collaborate with local and regional authorities as well as mobility operators (TEC, SNCB ...) to constantly improve accessibility to our campuses in Arlon, Gembloux and Liège.
